.....” Since moving to North Norfolk, the birthplace of my Great-Grandfather, I have found constant inspiration in the county’s landscape, skies and architecture. Norfolk suits my painting style which is simple and uncomplicated. I was born in Hertfordshire and my early education in Bishops Stortford and Ely did much to foster my early love of art. Finding new inspiration for painting in both Suffolk and Essex, while still producing work of my beloved Norfolk, I am now very pleased to be exhibiting with the Dedham Art and Craft Centre in Essex.

‘For the love of a place’

I have recently written and illustrated a short story about Happisburgh entitled ‘For the love of a place’. The inspiration for this publication is drawn from my deep love for the village and surrounding area. This story promotes the village in a positive light, being a very special place to the residents and to people further afield. All profits from potential sales of the book will go directly to Happisburgh.
